Happy sunny Humpday! 🌞
The week is half done. Thank you sun. The sky is blue. How are you?
Do you love flowers? What feelings do you experience because of sunny days and/or flowers? 💐
Flowers evoke happy feelings and optimism. Flowers have strong positive effects on our emotional well-being. Flowers feed compassion and spread joy! 🤩
Did you know that they also affect your dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin levels? Your happy brain chemicals are triggered by the beauty of flowers. Dopamine is the reward, oxytocin is the bonding hormone and serotonin is a mood stabilizer, and makes you feel good. 😃
Did you know that flower delivery and flower boxes increased 408 percent from March 2019 - 2020 according to Google and Pinterest? The beauty of flowers, their aromas, colours, and blooms are emotional. In this time of COVID-19, we are drawn to them more than ever before. They offer us comfort and make us feel cheerful, which we want and we need. They remind us to be present and live in the moment. 😌 🙏
