Happy Friday friends! We made it! Are you thankful it’s Friday?! Black Friday! Friday facts - “Tea-torial” Here’s a few fun facts and #teatips for you. Did you know? Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world, next to H2O. Okay, coffee lovers, I can hear you groaning over your cuppa joe. 🤦♀️ I love me a seriously good strong, hot cuppa coffee too! Tea has been around since the 3rd Century. Coffee, the dark, aromatic elixir, has been around since the 15th Century. See post of January 7th. Black, Green and White Teas are all made the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant. Herbal teas do not contain leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant. They are a combination of varieties of flowers, herbs, seeds and spices. Herbal teas are by nature caffeine free. Black Tea - supports your immune system, strengthens your bones, and increases your energy. Green Tea - fights heart disease, improves blood flow and stabilizes blood sugar. White Tea - boosts your immune system, is high in antioxidants and removes plaque from your teeth. So there you have it, several good reasons to drink tea! And... Eating chocolate may lower your risk of cardiovascular problems, prevent cognitive decline and lower your cholesterol levels. The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition suggests that a little dark chocolate may boost oxygen availability during fitness training. So drink tea, eat chocolate and celebrate the special moments! 😃 Whether you choose to drink herbal or caffeinated tea, they all pair well with chocolates, biscuits, cookies. See post of November 16th. Choose the absolute finest of chocolates, tea, biscuits, and cookies to indulge in when you take tea or have a coffee break. When you decide that you want to have any of the the above already prepared for you, (along with stocking stuffers or trinkets) a #teabox (or more) is available for your pleasure to enjoy and to share as gifts for your family, friends, colleagues and clients.😌 🤤 Local hand-lettered mugs, teacups, wine tumblers and locally-baked, homemade cookie varieties are coming soon! Check back next week! Only 29 more days until Christmas! 🌲 🍵 ☕️ 🍪 🍷 #staytuned Contactless, free curbside pickup available for your convenience! 😊 Contact 📲 👩💻 📧 @thetealadyrita @signature_experience_events ❤️💕 🥰 😃 😋 🤗 🍵 ☕️ 🍫 🌹🌱 🌿 #tea #afternoontea #alwaystimefortea #taketimefortea #taketimeforyou #teatime #metime #thetealady #spreadingjoy #blackfriday #present #gift #chocolate #cookies #celebratethespecialmoments #legacy #givingback #empowerwomen #womeninbusiness #smallbusiness #smallbusinessowner #supportsmallbusiness #langley #fraservalley #bossladies #yvr #yvrrealestate #linkinbio 📷 @teatimemagazine.com @avintagesplendor
