Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Wednesday Wishes for Wellness for you on St. Patrick’s Day and everyday!

“May your troubles be less

And your blessings be more
And nothing but happiness
Come through your door!”

Yeah! St, Patrick’s Day; a sign that Spring is almost here! 🌳 🌸 🌷

Do you love Spring or Summer? Or Both? I love both! New growth, everything Spring-ing to life and warmer weather to be outside, enjoy the beauty of nature and hang out and with your friends! Ten, 10...as per Dr. Bonnie Henry. 😃

Have fun, eat and drink and make merry with your friends!

How about some green cookies for St. Paddy’s Day for dessert after your Irish scones and savoury fare at your event?  Have you tried these Matcha Green Tea Chocolate Chip Cookies?  🍪

Go outside and delight in your tasty treats and beverages in your backyard and have a “picnic in the park” at home!

Make sure you bake them before you imbibe on Bailey’s and Irish Beer or Whisky beverages! 😂 🍹 🍺

I’ll be baking some and I’ll let you know how they taste. 😉
