As I read and write, I often choose a tea such as Sage. Whatever you’re doing; ponder/think of the many things that your cuppa Sage will help you focus on.
Tea enhances emotional wellness and is an important area of brain health. The polyphenols in green tea aid in releasing dopamine which emits happy feelings in your brain.

Handful of fresh sage
2 - 3 rosemary sprigs , optional
Honey/sugar/agave nectar, optional
