How’s your Monday going?  

Technical issues happening over here. Not fun. Thought of procrastinating and “taking some time off.” 😖 Wanted to run outside and play!  No; not happening! That won’t work. Worked through it. Had a real good talk with myself and told those shi**y thoughts and doubts take a long hike!! Get ‘er done girl!

While many dislike Mondays, it can actually be the best day of your week. 😊 

According to research, when you set a new goal or start a new project on a Monday, you are more likely to follow through with our goal and/or projects. You are more motivated at the beginning of the week.

Your Monday morning mindset and thoughts determine the tone for your week. Envision yourself improving, becoming stronger, and being happier and following your dreams! 💕
