Tuesday Tea Tips and Benefits of Tea Together with Friends

The weather has cooled off; you’ve said goodbye to summer and welcomed fall. Or have you? If you’re a summer lover; maybe not. ☀️ 

Time to don warm sweaters and boots. A time to drink hot beverages; tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cider.  Ahhh 😌 

Relax in a comfy chair, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket, curl up with a hot cup of tea, a good book and calm music. Pure bliss! Imagine the feeling. 

Tea is an excellent option with loads of healthy benefits. Anticipate the pleasure before it’s steeped. 🤤 Even better when shared together with #friends 

You want tea with energy-bursting and mood-enhancing flavour without caffeine? Here are a few choices for you: 

Peppermint Tea - one of the most popular herbal teas, offering improved mood, cognitive skills and your digestive health. It has antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant and anticancer properties. Studies have shown peppermint oil reduces daytime fatigue increasing alertness.
