Are you Zoomed out yet? Are you looking forward to the weekend? Are you tired of being alone, aside from virtual meetings? Don’t you just want to be together #irl with your friends? Truth is, as a people-loving extrovert, this covid thing is hard and it sucks!! 😖 I just wanna hang out with y’all! 😃 🤗 There are some good things to be said of solitude, even though you are eagerly waiting to hang out with your BFF’s again, after what seems like forever, right?! Solitude is a desirable, positive state where you offer yourself your own company, reflect and experience some enjoyment, quiet moments, music 🎼or the beauty of nature. 🌸 🌺 🌳 Here are a few of the numerous benefits of spending time alone: more freedom more development of self more time for self-examination more personal and spiritual growth more time for contemplation more time for learning more time to listen to music more breadth more independence more opportunity to ignite your creativity more time to be grateful for blessings more time to manifest good in your life More time to appreciate abundance more time to savour your cup of tea more time to delight in the goodies in your #teabox more time to reminisce about who and what is important to you Enjoy your time of solitude, work on yourself, turn on some music, dance, sing, complete that unfinished project, start a new hobby, support someone in a socially-distanced manner, volunteer, give back, (when and where possible) and always appreciate your people. ❤️ Reminisce about your special times together with loved ones, friends and colleagues. Call me if you want to chat, hang out and share a cuppa together, apart. 📲 Hold on to hope for more blessings, health for you and everyone and sweet social reunions! 🙏 Imagine the wonderful feelings you will feel. Let these feelings and thoughts keep you inspired and looking forward to the times when you can #celebratethespecialmoments together! 😃 Share your thoughts and feelings below. Do it. 😉 What are some things you have learned in solitude? ❤️ 💕 🥰 🤗 🍵 ☕️ 🍷 🥂 🍰 🧁 💃 🌊 #tea #afternoontea #teatime #metime #taketimeforyou #timefortea #alwaystimefortea #thetealady #spreadingjoy #heart #strong #inspiration #mentalhealth #givingback #laughoften #wednesdaywisdom #wewillbetogetheragain #langleybusiness #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness #womeninbusiness #fempreneur #raservalley #bossladies #yvr
