Welcome to the Blog
Good morning friends! Happy Monday! Tea or coffee? For many of you, your morning ritual consists of pouring yourself a big cuppa or more, of coffee. For some of you it’s tea, or perhaps both. I begin with Yerba Mate and later switch to Lemon Ginger, Peppermint or Bengal Spice. Some days, I switch it up and try a new tea, or concoct my own with a variety of herbs and leaves. Having said that...I love the olfactory-inducing aromas and bold flavours in a hot, strong cup of java. Here’s the thing though, your overall health, mind and body feels and functions much better when choosing caffeine-free beverages. The mere act of holding a cup of tea is soothing and comforting.
