Welcome to the Blog
“If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.”
#quote by the famous Roman philosopher, Marcus Tullius Cicero. That’s because while a library can feed your mind, nature can feed your soul. You can bring a part of nature into your home by introducing easy-to-raise succulent houseplants. Just wanted to say aloe! Say hollow to my little friend! Life is gourd! (when the internet is working lol - you will read more about it below) 🎃 A few pumpkin puns for a Tuesday chuckle for you! 😂 Happy Tuesday! Did you know? It was National Pumpkin Day yesterday? Monday, October 26th? So what? Cuz why not create and share some easy DIY pumpkin and succulent decor with you? I started writing content and creating yesterday, to chat about it with y'all, though I couldn't finish as the #internet had been down for almost the whole day here in Langley. 😖 Sooo, what’s a lady to do? Go get her hair and eyebrows done! Then pick up and carefully choose gifts and supplies for locally-created teaboxes joyfully crafted for you. The season of Autumn is definitely here; cold winds, chillier temperatures, colourful leaves falling to the ground, warm sweaters, and boots. Sounds like the ideal time to make memories, with family and friends (safely and physically-distanced with your bubble) at the pumpkin patch, corn maze and farm field trips. After the fun with the kids and adults, it’s time for PSL’s, hot cocoa, a hot cup of soothing tea! (or maybe a glass of wine or a spiked toddy?! 😂) Check the link in bio on IG for a few simple DIY ideas for a pretty centerpiece for your kitchen or dining table, your office, or entryway. An interesting conversation piece over a cuppa with your BFF. Did you know? Succulents provide 7 benefits for you and your home.
What types of decorations do you prefer for your table setting? Do you like creating? What do you like creating? You love giving and receiving created gifts, don’t you? 😉 🎁 I create teaboxes; curated treasures, lovingly crafted for you! (tiny, cute succulents fit perfectly in a teabox) 😉 🌱 Do it! Share your thoughts in the comments! 😊 Let’s learn about some of your ideas and/or favourites! What items would you like to receive in a teabox? ❤️ 💕 😊 😃🍵 ☕️ 🍷 🍹 🍰 🧁 💝 🎁 💐 🌸 🌺 🌼🌻🌷🌹 🍂 🍁 🎃 #tea #afternoontea #alwaystimefortea #teatime #taketimeforyou #taketimeforyourfriends #thetealady #spreadingjoy #inspiration #friendshipgoals #tuesdaythoughts #goals #grow #plants #crafts #diy #decor #tablescape #nationalpumpkinday #celebratethespecialmoments #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #langleybusiness #langley #fraservalley #yvr
