Your Monday “Business and Gardening Analogy”
You know when you are following me, that I’m an #eventplanner and a lover of gardening, flowers, plants and nature. Notice how growing a garden and a business have similarities. 🎉 🪴 💐 When you are cultivating self-awareness, setting realistic goals for yourself and your business, and taking purposeful actions; you have the essential components for creating the life you desire. 🙌 🤩 You need to remember, gardens and businesses require nurturing, consistent effort, adaptation; pulling out weeds and pruning whatever isn’t nourishing for your business. When you follow these principles, you are fostering growth and creating a flourishing environment for success. 🌱 Nurture your business like a garden and it will grow. Keep in mind; the same way it takes time to grow and expand; it also takes time until you reap what you have sown. 🌺 🌸 -Start with a seed. -Plan carefully. -Manage and organize. -Nurture the soil. -Reap your rewards. You can imagine the soil as the relationships you are creating and cultivating Whether you apply this to your business, family, friends &/or clients; the way you are caring for them establishes and provides your final results. 😊✅ 💵 When you take these and imagine your future events, you can think of the seed as your theme(s) &/or idea(s). You then plan…the objects, dates, details, themes, lists, venues, invitations and desired outcomes. You manage timelines, assistants, volunteers, coordinate various schedules, vendors and suppliers. You nurture your relationships and customers, when you are intentional, engaged and paying attention to their needs, such as asking for feedback, letting them know you can help them and you care. Really get to know them so you can meet their needs so they will feel valued. Reap the rewards of growing and harvesting your clients, by having trusted relationships, having successful events and long-term customers, which often grow into friendships. Your ROI’s are the products of you caring for (“watering”) your clients and diligent planning. Always express immense gratitude to and for your clients and those who helped you and for the abundant rewards. Enjoy the fruits of your labour and share it with others! Share some ways you are growing your garden of relationships! You can help and encourage others! ⬇️ 🌹 💧 💕 🥂 🍷 ☕️ 🍵 🎂 🍰 🧁 🌳 🪴 #growingyourgarden #growingyourbusiness #nurtureyourrelationships #nurtureyourclients #careforyourcustomers #customerexperiences #cultivateandbloom #bloomwhereyouareplanted #servingothers #growingwithcare #spreadingjoy #reapingrewards #fruitsofyourlabour #eventprofs #eventsforlife #eventplannersofig #celebratethespecialmoments #beaguestatyourownevents #beaguestatyourownparties #seefriendship #seegatherer #fraservalleybossladies #langleybusiness #yvrparties #yvrevents #travevellingtealady #letsplanyourevent #beautifulbc 📷 @signature_experience_events
